We will endeavour to recover deleted, damaged or password protected files from both hard disks and other storage devices (camera memory cards, USB memory sticks, mp3 players etc)

So you can be prepared if the worst happens (disk crashes, viruses, file deletions) we will ensure your system has an appropriate backup method and create a schedule. Where required additional software and hardware can be installed for this purpose.

We can usually remove password protection on common file types (Word document, Excel spreadsheets, ZIP files, RAR files)remotely, just email the file(s) to us and we will try to remove the password, if we are unsuccessful you don't pay.

We can also recover forgotten Windows passwords on Windows XP and Vista computers.
