We will unbox and build your new computer then install and configure any hardware or software that you may have purchased (antivirus, printers etc). Where possible, we will also setup your machine for internet access and email to get you online straight away.

Where you are replacing a computer, we will transfer your data from the old to the new and securely wipe the data from your old PC ensuring your data can't be recovered from the old disk(s).

If you need us to, we can remove and recycle the packaging.

Its a probability that a machine connected to the internet is going to become infected with viruses, malware or spyware at some point. This can cause your computer to run slowly, bring up those annoying pop up adverts, destroy your data and even send personal information back across the internet.

If you think your computer could be infected or if you don't want to take the chance, contact us immediately so we can disinfect and protect your computer.

We offer a sixty step PC healthcheck and optimization which includes the following;

• Full system scan and removal of any viruses, spyware and malware found
• Configuration of virusguard to minimise the risk of reinfection
• Setup firewall to protect the computer against security threats
• Clean up temporary and unneccessary files
• Perform our unique optimisation system to ensure your computer is running at its best
• Install the most common spyware checking and removal tools and advise how to use them
• Physically clean the computer
• We will also provide with you with a copy of our maintenance and care guide

If you have a working broadband connection, you may be able to have the healthcheck done remotely. All you need to do is run our secure remote control software and leave your PC on. You can then go off to work or out to the shops and we will remotely perform the healthcheck for you. Alternatively we can perform the service onsite or take the machine back to our workshop.

We can perform hardware upgrades, such as increasing your computers memory or installing a larger disk. If you've bought a new piece of equipment for your computer such as printer, scanner or camera we would be happy to install and configure them for you.

We will also install any software you may have purchased such as Microsoft Office, Virusguards, Photoshop.

Should your machine need repairing then we will attempt to fix the fault remotely (where possible) so you will make a saving on both time and cost to fix the system. If this isn't possible, then we will either visit your home / office to perform an onsite repair or in more extreme cases (and with your agreement) take the system back to our workshop.

On occasions where the computer needs a stay at our workshop, we will provide a no-obligation quote so you can decide what action you want to take. Any machine taken to the workshop is returned quickly and reinstalled for you.
